Vancouver proper is still the hottest area to develop in Metro Vancouver, and large-scale developments are the most desirable, according to the results of Colliers International's 2014 Metro Vancouver Developer Sentiment Survey.
The survey also found that proximity to local transit and land value were the two most important factors developers consider when deciding on the location of a development.
