Homes from as low as $200K and up to nearly $3.3 million make Killarney a neighbourhood with options for everyone. We took a look at what’s on offer

The often-overlooked area of Killarney is within Vancouver’s boundary in its south-eastern corner, but has yet to see the full ripple effect of real estate price rises, meaning there are some great bargains to be had.

The most expensive detached home may be an aspirational $3.29 million, but prices go all the way down to less than $200,000 for a starter unit. In between are some great family living options, including a townhouse that offers the lowest price per square foot of all these listings.
