The freshly released REBGV October figures show condo units being the only home type that didn’t show a month-over-month decline in benchmark prices. In fact, at the October benchmark price of $512,300, condos showed a slight 0.3 per cent increase over September’s typical condo cost. To see how this figure translates into listed properties in markets across Greater Vancouver, we found five very different condos listed roughly around the new benchmark in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, West Vancouver and Burnaby.
