Boasting some of the lowest entry-point prices on the West Side, this area is rapidly changing with the Marpole Community Plan having been adopted by City Council and the introduction of two Canada Line stations, plus a third in the works. The huge redevelopment of the Oakridge Transit Station further makes the case for a long-term play in this neighbourhood.
Looking at the prices of Marpole homes on the market, it’s easy to see why this is an excellent foot-in-the-door into Vancouver real estate.
