Urban land research group Landcor publishes great new tool that lets you see hyperlocal real estate changes in your area
We love this awesome new interactive infographic map, published recently by Landcor Data Corporation in partnership with housing research group Urban Futures.
Users can choose whether to look at home sales or price changes in 2015 compared with 2014, broken down by property type. You can then click on each individual MLS® neighbourhood across the Lower Mainland to see changes in hyperlocal areas.
