I was born in Toronto but spent my childhood in beautiful Ottawa, Ontario. After high school I started my journey west and spent some time living in Calgary. When an opportunity came to move to Vancouver Island, I made the leap! I have never regretted that decision for a minute. I now have an amazing partner and three children.
After moving to the Island, I completed my BBA in Accounting at Camosun College and journeyed into the world of accounting and bookkeeping. However, the urge to move into real estate kept me interested until I finally decided to pull the trigger and enrolled in the UBC Sauder Business School of Real Estate.
The Road to Real Estate
I spent some time in the construction world when I lived in Calgary and absolutely loved it. That passion, along with twelve years’ experience of working in the restaurant industry, provides me the drive to serve my clients.
My clients are always provided with excellent service and determination to find the best home for them. I started my career in real estate with a history of running my own successful business. Because of that I recognize how important the experience is. I deliver my clients great experiences, and I know this is the key to success.
My fiancé, Eric Smith, got me into real estate. He provided me with the space to explore this career and I believe I have found my calling. I love real estate and the opportunities it provides my clients, especially first time home buyers. To me, that’s the most fulfilling part of real estate - to provide someone with the opportunity to buy their first home or investment after so much hard work and saving. It’s such a thrill. To see their joy when I hand over the keys - it’s the best feeling!

REW’s Connect provides buyers and sellers a way to work with amazing realtors that will help them achieve their goals and has built a network of agents that continue to do the best job for their clients through the program.
I’m looking forward to finding more opportunities to help first time home buyers and investors be successful in 2024 in their purchases or investments. So much of what impacts their decisions is out of their control but I hope that we see additional avenues to support clients navigating the real estate market.
