Most Expensive July 28 Point Grey
This swanky Point Grey residence is somewhat mysterious (there’s only one listing photo), but we know it was designed by Frits de Vries Architect and custom rebuilt by Natural Balance. It sold last week for $5.78 million – $200K under asking price – after 50 days. We can’t see it, but the listing tells us of extensive use of granite, heated slated floors, a gourmet high-end kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, and a manicured garden with Roman water feature. What’s more, the top floor has a rooftop deck with mountain views.
