This sweet 1924-built character home has four bedrooms, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and is in great condition. But it’s also on a lovely 50-by-125-foot lot in a prime Kits location, so we’re wondering if it will survive under its new owners or get redeveloped – and at the price they paid, it may well be the latter. The property was sold on August 22 for $105K under asking, after 32 days on the market.
