Stay away from realtors Steven Hill and Danny Evans if you are a buyer. They are extremely unprofessional realtors. They never picked up the phone and made it very hard to reach they. They always get their office assistants to pick up, who never have any answer and tell you nothing of importance. Specifically, once the deposit was put down and subjects were removed, it was impossible to get a hold of them. They made the sale very difficult and were not at all helpful in giving the property to the buyer. They also left the property in filthy condition and we had to pay for cleaners. Would not recommend these realtors to anybody.
