I recently bought a condo on the island thanks to Lucas and his optimism!! It ended up not being an easy property to purchase, and I had a few people (other realtors) tell me that I would never get it. I found that even when he referred me to a local agent to make the offer, this Port Moody realtor was still supportive, was available to answer all of my questions, get back to me, translate the terms of my counter offer and subjects, and give me information that I was thinking about asking. I would 100% work with this Port Moody Real Estate Agent again, and recommend him to anyone who is a first-time buyer. Especially if you're used to today’s fast-paced communication and like to know what’s going on. I don’t think that I would own this place today if he hadn’t gone for it for me!
