"Working with Robert as our realtor was a fantastic experience. He was approachable, always available to answer questions, and made the entire process smooth. Robert sold our home quickly and for over the asking price, even exceeding the appraisal. We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs and will definitely be reaching out to him again when it's time to buy or sell in the future. Thanks again, Robert! – Nelson B."

Thank you Robert Almeida, for helping my friend FINALLY finding her perfect condo. You were very patient, as you went to a lot of different areas. But in the end, it was all worth it . She fell in love with the last condo she seen. I would recommend Robert to anyone, due to his patients and kindness.

My husband and I had Robert as our realtor for our home purchase back in August 2023. He was an amazing resource and had incredible knowledge of the Burnaby neighborhoods and market. We were in a competitive situation, with several offers but with Roberts expertise, knowledge and calm nature, we were able to seal the deal on our home. Even after the sale, he continued to provide additional resources with contractor information etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert or engage his expertise on our next purchase or sale.
