Parm was awesome!!. He really understands the process and the market. And he will have honest conversation with you about value rather than woo you in with inflated and unrealistic valuations. He was also invaluable in helping to manage our property because we were not in Burnaby when we put our house on market. We ran into issues with city,...an old construction project that was never properly closed, and an inconsistent c of o. That was a nightmare.
