As I settle in on my first week at my new beautiful condo, I want to take the opportunity to once again thank you for finding me this property that I am truly growing to love. Pansy made my home hunting experience a truly memorable, pain-free, enjoyable and fun learning experience. Her open communication style, dedication, constant updating and follow-up to keep me informed daily, responsiveness to messages and email (even late at night and early the next day), positive attitude, professionalism and respect towards her clients (including me and my relatives who later got involved with the hunt and who kept directing lots of questions at Pansy), and patience and understanding - all contributed to this successful mission. When I had concerns and uncertainty at times, Pansy would listen attentively and respectfully with an open mind and help me dissect and analyze each issue carefully so that I have all the information needed to make small decisions towards the broader goal. Pansy has a wealth a knowledge when it comes to market surveillance, insurance needs and has appropriate connections to refer her clients to such as for notary public and mortgage. Working with Pansy has been enjoyable primarily because I never felt rushed and she was always open to phone calls to talk through issues and would make time for her clients. This has happened for me from March to May on numerous occasions and Pansy demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism. Bear in mind this was during the pandemic crisis and there were a lot of unknowns but we took a number of precautions, were persistent in our search, and planned well-ahead. She is an optimistic individual, always reminding her clients "the best is yet to come, make sure it's a property YOU love and feel is right", and works very hard to conduct research and narrow appropriate options for her clients. Furthermore, she spends considerable effort and time explaining details of any offers being put forth for consideration as well as any legal documents or terms and conditions that may not be clear or familiar to the client. She aims to ensure her client is always well-informed and has no outstanding questions before they make any decisions or sign any paperwork. I highly recommend the services of Pansy and guarantee that any prospective client will greatly benefit from her expertise.
