This is my 3rd time dealing with Sam and Danielle for my home purchase/rental needs. They are both truly the best real estate agents in Toronto, they are so charming , professional and very caring at same time. They put clients’ interest before their own, especially during the COVID pandemic situation, it took a lot more time and effort to rent my condo, they were working 3 or 4 times harder than before while I was away, I trust them completely. Danielle and Sam treated me like family and were there for me during tough times especially when I had just recently lost my mother. They pulled me through when it seemed to be no end in sight. We had gone through many months of planning to get the house sold because of the Covid situation where it just blindsided us when it started but here I am in a better place and stronger mentally and emotionally due to their help getting me past the finish line. Selling and Buying with Danielle and Sam has been a great experience. We had trouble selling our home in the past and ended up taking it off the market, so we were concerned about going through the process again. However, Danielle and Sam came right away to take a look gave us a few suggestions on what needed to be changed before we put the house on the market. They came back a few times to check on our progress and give some tips and even helped to rearrange some of our furniture. Prepping the property for sale was easy with their help as they provided painters and contractors with reasonable prices They also provided a professional photographer. With their help our house sold within a week over asking! They were also very accommodating with their time in looking for houses. We drove far distances a few times a week with no issues. We never felt rushed or felt they were pushy when looking at potential homes, rather they answered all questions and gave some feedback on what they noticed.
