Too long; didn't read: Adam Grainger and Susan Grainger are professionals and have a lot of experience. They helped me find what I was looking for at a great price. I highly recommend them to any home buyer and especially to first time home buyers! My previous relator said they couldn't help me find anything because my budget was too small. I had a tight timeline (before Mach 1st, 2022) and an even tighter budget ($250,000 mortgage preapproval from TD Bank, which I do not recommend. Go to a mortgage broker or a different bank for larger loan and prompt service) and had specific deal breaking requirements (In suite laundry, pet friendly (both cats and dogs, more than 1 pet), with parking (south facing a bonus), not mobile/manufactured home in Surrey/Guildford/ Lower mainland area, at least 1 bedroom, no studios)). I found Susan Grainger and Adam Grainger through Agent Pronto (Google search; I highly recommend!). Adam was able to help me find a place that met almost all of my requirements, save for location (Chilliwack, sigh!) (again, likely due to the competitive market and my tight budget, at least the window faced the right way (South; great for plants!)). Got it below listing price and when the bank was dragging its feet, jeopardizing the deal, Adam offered to call them on my behalf, which he did, and left a voicemail message. Adam patiently explained the home buying process to me in painful detail as this as my first time purchasing a property and I was incredibly obtuse about it. I wish they taught home buying in school! He took the time to make sure I understood all the steps involved. My dad can be difficult to work with, but Adam handled the situation very professionally. Adam also recommended to me several home inspector companies to chose from and they did a good job on my inspection. I am always running late on African Time, but Adam was always punctual, I assume, because he was always at the home viewings before me, which was great! Adam was always prepared with a portfolio for me with the places we were viewing and provided competitive market analysis for each neighborhood we visited to compare listing and sold prices. Adam and Susan have a lot of experience, were very prompt, professional, nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them, I saw some other negative reviews, they must have read them and worked on improving, because my experience working with them was very pleasant during this stressful time. Had I seen the negative reviews prior to working with them (which I usually do read/write reviews for companies before/after I work with them), it would have made me hesitant to work with them, but, I'm glad I was too stressed out at that point to read any reviews as I was not disappointed!
