Orville came out and went through an evaluation of our home and gave us comparables in the area. We went over some numbers. Although we were not quite ready for viewing as we were still cleaning and decluttering, he was very respectful with our wishes that we needed a little notice each time to show it. In short we didn’t even get it listed and he was able to market it well enough and get our home sold before it even hit the market and for a price we were happy with. As we are moving out of BC we can’t use him, but if we come back my wife and I will definitely give him a call. He is prompt to return calls and very easy to work with.
