I purchased a pre-sale condo with Eric. He has been great to work with for the whole 2.5 years the project was ongoing. The developer in my project was pretty hard to get straight answers from and I also had some unique requests. Eric helped me get everything I needed and pushed back against the developer's employees when needed.
He was always available to me, at any time of the day or late in the evening. He is very knowledgable and very quick to find an expert's answer in case he is not sure himself.
Before purchasing that condo, I also went to a few older condo's showings. Eric made sure I was prepped before going in, with reading the strata minutes and planning the offer I can make, in case I was interested. He never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions, or that I was bugging him with my many issues.
