I had 2 condos that were rented out, to sell in downtown Vancouver in 2023 and after reading bios of countless agents I am so glad I chose Susanna. The first thing that struck me about her was how she came across: very professional but with this deep sense of ease… I guess I was more use to intense type of agents, but selling a condo that has a tenant can be very tricky and requires a lot of tact and patience, so I knew right away, I found the right agent for my properties. Tenant in a first condo was very sensitive about her home/stuff, so just doing a photo shoot was a challenge, but somehow Susanna was able to work with the tenant and get great photos for the listing. Thanks to photos, great marketing and right pricing strategy we had a lot of showings in a 1st week. Tenant was not making it easy to do the showings either, but somehow Susanna has managed to do them all. Well, it paid off! We had 9 offers in a week and it sold above asking price! After the success with the 1st condo, we listed the 2nd one in September, using essentially the same strategy, but market was very different, so we end up with only one offer. I was hoping for a higher offer, but was not willing to counter offer, because I knew, if I was to lose this offer, condo could be sitting on a market for months and months.. Like many landlords right now, condo was occupied by a long term tenant, who was paying 50% below market rent, so holding onto a condo for another year or more, was the last thing I wanted to do, and was really stressing about it.. Susanna and I talked on the phone and she was able to calm me down, while at the same time working with the buyer’s agent, to get them, to change the original offer to a price that I was more then happy with! So condo end up selling in in 3 days, again above asking price! Selling a rental property can be very stressful, so I can unhesitatingly recommend Susanna with confidence that she will make the whole process much, much easier for you!
