First Anna helped us to sell our old apartment. We did a bit of renovations before putting it on the market and Anna helped a lot by telling what would increase the equity of the property the most, what buyers are looking for and what is not really important and we shouldn't spent our money on. Later we were shopping for a townhouse, I had a long list of requirement for the property, Anna was very patient with us, we did a lot of viewings together. It took us 6 month to find what we were looking for, and incidentally it happened when Anna was on vacation in Mexico celebrating her birthday. She spent 2 hours on the phone with us (from Mexico) and the other agent, sorted everything out and helped us get that townhouse! Anna was recommended to us by a friend, and we are very happy that we ended up working with her!

We highly recommend Anna for both buying and selling your property. Points for buying: we purchased a property with highly rated Realtors before and they were great negotiators, but when we purchased our current home with Anna it was another level.
