Within two weeks, open houses were completed. We had multiple offers. And just after 3 weeks, all subjects were removed. Incredibly smooth and seamless from our point of view. Jason communicated with Strata for buyers' questions. He took care of everything and kept in touch throughout the process.

By far the best real estate experience to date. We have bought and sold 4 homes over the last 30 years and always were happy with our Real Estate Agents. Our experience with Jason was the first buying a condo in a big city. With strata fees and ownership of a portion of a building there is more to consider. The conversation began almost about two years ago. At the time my mother had listed her townhome with another agent. After almost 9months of very little traction we decided to change realtors and give Jason a chance. Immediately we were blown away by the level of detail and research that he presented. Jason is amazing at his profession. We went to him back in 2020. Jason did a tour and advised us on how to stage our home. He has a great team working with him. The pictures for the advertisement were taken well. Our condo was sold within a week on the market. If you want someone who is willing to 'fight' for you and also provide you with the nest insight on the real estate market, he is hands down someone I would recommend. My dad had a house that was listed for over a year in a really good neighbourhood (Deer Lake) and because of the realtors he initially hired, they didn't fight for him. The initial realtors didn't provide much feedback, they didn't even invest in advertising, nor did they try to sell the house. So it is cruetial to have a realtor who is willing to fight/work for you. You can see he is passionate in what he does. He was the realtor I went to when I purchased my 2nd condo and he amazed me as well. When I do sell my home, he will definitely be the person I will go to.

The amount of money you’re going to be dishing out, you’re likely coming in with a whole arsenal of questions - and Jason answered every one of them if not more. At the end of the day we want to be comfortable with the money we’re going to be spending, and we did. Comfortable and confident. It’s been almost two years now and there’s been no regret. I have also happily referred Jason to friends who have bought. Again, with the amount of money you’re going to spend, I wouldn’t refer this kind of service to my friends without honestly believing in Jason’s service. I essentially put my friendship on the line.
