Finding a house is not easy, let alone your dream home and when it came to looking for ours, Manny delivered! Not only was he reliable and available to go over in detail what was important to us, he was also very patient and understanding when it came to our particular preferences because he knew that this was a huge investment for us. We did not feel rushed and Manny was able to take us to as many viewings as we wanted, to show us different options within our price range that we really liked. WE FOUND OUR DREAM HOME! There was one problem though… we needed to now sell our current house ASAP in order to get approved for the new one. Randy & Manny listed our home in early December, with the promise of a sale following their marketing plan. Pictures & videos were taken and the listing went live. The second day it was on the market, we had 3 showings and an accepted offer the next day. A week later, it was officially sold.
