I am Corina Stainsby, B.Sc.OT, CPCA®, specializing in aging and accessibility housing consulting. With a background in Occupational Therapy and over twenty years of experience in healthcare and real estate, I bring a compassionate and holistic perspective to my work as a Lifestyle55+ Master and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. My mission is to empower my clients to make informed, confident decisions, whether that involves aging in place safely, rightsizing, or moving into a retirement community. I approach each situation with care, blending my expertise in accessibility, design, and senior living options with genuine compassion and understanding.

Known for my calm professionalism and heart-centered service, I collaborate with a network of professionals — from organizers and move managers to financial planners and senior housing advisors — to ensure every transition is seamless. I am proud to have helped many clients create or find their forever home where they can thrive, settle comfortably, and love where they live.

Beyond my work with clients, I am also a community advocate and speaker. I lead seminars on downsizing, aging in place, and estate planning, and serve as Chair of the CARP Vancouver Chapter. I am also on the board of directors for Columbus Residence, organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for older Canadians.

Whether I am guiding a senior through their next chapter, supporting adult children in helping their parents, or collaborating with professionals in health and housing, I believe that everyone deserves a home that fits their life — not the other way around.

There are tons of realtors out there. But Corina was the one for us. Our criteria was obviously to buy and sell at the best market prices but she also has the skills to hand hold us through the process. Nothing is really stress free when it comes to buying and selling ones home but Corina reduced it to a manageable level in this challenging market. Need help packing, moving, cleaning? Cannot recommend Corina enough! She helped my partner and I purchase our first property and we truly could not have done it without her.
