Hey, I'm Tara, let me help you understand the local market and answer any questions.
There are no such things as silly questions when it comes to buying or selling your home.
About Tara
Buying or selling on the Sunshine Coast comes with questions a listing won't answer: what the market is really doing, what the property needs, and what you'd be trading off.
I'm Tara Sullivan, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX City Realty since 2017. I've lived on the Coast for about 30 years, from Gibsons and Roberts Creek to Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay and Pender Harbour.
For buyers, that means looking past the listing photos: the well and septic, legal use, the strata documents, the ferry in an ordinary week, a...

For buyers, that means looking past the listing photos: the well and septic, legal use, the strata documents, the ferry in an ordinary week, and what you'll have left after you buy.
For sellers, it means pricing for leverage, not optimism, and preparing the home so it's strong in the first two weeks, when it matters most.
I'll tell you what I think, plainly. You make the decision. Then I negotiate hard to get you there.

My relationship with Tara began in the summer when I was contemplating downsizing. She has been more like a friend than a Realtor. Tara the positive experience dealing with you, firstly looking for a new home and then helping me sell my home has been a pleasure. She is always at the end of the phone when I had questions and answered my questions very promptly. For a "newbie" in the field of real estate her knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of selling and buying is not worthy of that title. I would certainly recommend her as your Realtor. Keep up the good work Tara!

I was so pleased with Tara's kind, attentive, professional assistance as she helped my parents find a home on the Coast. She went above and beyond every step of the way, was always available to answer questions and provide advice, and helped minimize the stress so that the transition for my parents (moving from the Fraser Valley) went smoothly. I highly recommend Tara for anyone looking to buy or sell a home on the Sunshine Coast!
