I was lucky to come across Jeff Inglis while looking for my new home, which I hoped would be my last. Jeff and I discussed what thing's were on my wish list and he really understood my needs. We looked at several properties and decided on a few that best suited my needs. The one that I liked the most was quite a bit higher than I wanted to spend, but Jeff told me that we should make an offer and they accepted it to my surprise. We looked at properties online and signed up to be on a mailing list. Jeff went above and beyond and reached out to us to see what we were looking for. Even when we told him that we were not ready to move from Montreal to the Fraser Valley just yet he stuck with us, kept sending us listings and acted on good faith.
