Our relationship with Forrest and Jon began almost a year ago when we decided to get some insight into the current Vancouver real estate market and make a plan for our home and future. Jon had originally called us more than a year before we were ready to move. Politely with no pressure asked if he could call back in 6 months. He called 6 months later but we still weren't ready, then again called 6 months later and we we're now ready. My husband and I we're both impressed with the way calls were handled and with his personality. We then met with both Jon and Forrest and listed our home as well as had them negotiate on a townhouse we wished to offer on. Both Jon and Forrest worked diligently to have our home marketed with great presentation and negotiation on sale and purchase. Happily a month later we have sold our home and made a new purchase.
