Mike Bestebroer

Hi, I’m Mike Bestebroer. I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2002, specializing in Chilliwack, Agassiz, Hope, and the Fraser Valley area, with a focus on homes, acreages, townhomes, and condos.

Born and raised in Chilliwack, I know the local market well and enjoy helping my clients make confident, informed decisions. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and consistently rank in the top 25% of agents in the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board.

I’m honest, straightforward, and easy to work with—and I really enjoy negotiating the best price for my buyers and getting my sellers top dollar. The negotiating process is where I shine and get great results for clients. I believe the process should be professional but also fun, and I bring a good sense of humour to every deal.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, fishing, and cruising with friends in our classic cars. I live in Chilliwack with my wife and our four kids and take pride in serving my community.
