Marie is the best. My condo was listed in February 2019 with numerous challenges including an incomplete membrane re-do, pending litigation and a builder's lien. It couldn't have been a worse time and situation to sell, but Marie was honest, always positive and worked relentlessly to get it sold. Her marketing plan was incredible, she set-dec'd the suite beautifully and her communication was always first rate. Her level of professionalism and work ethic was amazing throughout the listing period, and resulted in the condo selling within 3 weeks. Marie then went to work to get the lien removed, which she did quickly so the sale could complete. I couldn't be happier with her work and the resulting sale. It's always great when a realtor is so nice to deal with but at the end of the day it's a results oriented business and Marie flat out gets results. If there was a 6star rating she'd have earned it.
