Dawn Dakin

Originally from the Comox Valley, I’ve spent most of my life living on Vancouver Island, with just 10 years on the mainland. Since 2001, I have lived, worked, and built my life in Gold River—a community I truly love.

Over the years, I’ve changed professions a couple of times, but one thing has remained consistent: leadership and management. Throughout my adult career, I have held management positions, developing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that naturally translate into real estate. Successful real estate transactions require careful management, attention to detail, and the ability to guide people through important decisions with confidence.

Since becoming licensed in 2016, I have successfully completed more than 275 real estate transactions. I thrive in this environment and am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals—whether buying, selling, or investing. I work tirelessly to make the process as smooth and successful as possible.

My primary areas of expertise are Gold River, Tahsis, and Campbell River, where I have extensive local knowledge and strong community connections.
