Sam told us to wait to sell our condo instead of trying to push for the sale right away like the other realtors who told us to sell now. Because of Sam’s advice and knowledge of the market we waited and we were able to successfully sell our condo with Sam in 3 days for $100,000 above asking price! If we had sold our condo with the other realtors we would have not been able to get the price that Sam got us.
