Smiley is a great real agent! He went the extra mile in helping my wife and I find our 1st property. He was an asset in making it all happen for us, as we both work long hours and have very little free time. The whole procedure went very quickly but he was there working for us the entire way, which relieved us of most of the stresses associated with the process. On top of all this, Smiley is a very approachable and cool guy. We recommend him to anybody trying to make their "live in Vancity" dreams come to fruition.

This review is long overdue. Smiley worked with us on the purchase of a house this past spring, and he did a great job. We were on a tight timeline to buy a place before we went overseas, and Smiley hit the ground running with us. He's professional and knowledgeable, and a great advocate for living in Vancouver, and East Van in particular. We'd originally thought we might have to move our home search farther east, into Burnaby or New West - but in the end, we were able to find a place in our desired neighbourhood (and budget), thanks to Smiley. We didn't expect to find someone who "got" us in quite the same way. It was basically like hanging out with a friend (one sunny day, we even hopped on our bikes and cycled to open houses). He was communicative and honest, and not afraid to tell it like it is. For instance, he bluntly warned us away from a couple of properties that could have been money pits, which we really appreciated. When we took possession of our our home, Smiley brought us a thoughtful gift, consisting of products and gift certificates from merchants in the area, to help us get to know our new ,hood. Awesome! We'd highly recommend working with Smiley. He makes the process easy and as painless as it can be in a market like Vancouver.
