Brandon Gee-Moore has been a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Crest Realty since 2016 and has now sold over 400 homes. Having two successful parents in the real estate industry for the past 35+ years, has made it a business that has come naturally for Brandon. In the most recent years, he has achieved many awards including the most outstanding award is being apart of the Medallion President's Club which means he has achieved Top 1% of MLS sales of all Greater Vancouver Realtors (out of 15,000+ Realtors) in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 as an individual and 2024 as a team. He has achieved many honourable awards with RE/MAX during his career including the Diamond Club Award in 2021, 2022 & 2023 and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement selling over $400,000,000 worth of real estate!

Throughout the years Brandon has worked with a variety of buyers and sellers such as first time home buyers, up sizers, down sizers, from baby boomers to millennial's, developers, investors and much more! Brandon is very client oriented and will always do what's in the client's best interest regardless if he will make the sale or not. This guy is a Legend. We are at similar age and we shared a lot of aspects and the point of view. Before letting him to sell my house I have interviewed several Top 1% agent. But his humbleness, his attention to detail and his witness for providing more free services really caught my eyes. This guy just have a very warm tone. You see him everywhere from bus stop to the garbage bin ha ha. He is a realtor king on the street. He really demonstrated his magic because the house hasn't been properly listed and it was sold. It ended up a guy he knew when he was at high school, told his parents and bought the house. The house was supposed to be released on Monday and it was sold one day before. If he is not that trustworthy, if he doesn't know the new buyer then I don't know what will happen. The price is also very reasonable. I wish him a successful career and don't hesitate just choose him to represent you. I know every house is different but giving him your house will make a difference.

Brandon helped us sell our townhouse in Port Moody and purchase a half duplex in Burnaby.
