Jody has single handedly won me over to why I/anyone would need a realtor in this day and age. Aside from granting access to prospective homes, As a first time home buyer I couldn’t see why anyone would pay that kind of money for what seemed like such a basic service. Right from the start it felt like she was there looking at the house WITH us, like we were all buying it together. She took the time to go through the home like she was on a mission. This included poking her head into every single room/closet/cabinet, checking the plumbing, estimating (accurately I might add) when and where possible renovations or upgrades had occurred. The level of authentic partnership she brings to the table is incredible. An Incredible Experience! WOW! Where to start? In the Fall of 2021, after failing to find the strata home of our dreams in Victoria, we decided to relocate to the Oceanside area. Charlie searched on-line and discovered Craig Bay Seaside Village, just south of Parksville. That October we took a drive to look around, and as soon as we drove in, it was love at first sight! Thus began an 18-month wait for our dream home. We knew we needed the help of a realtor with in-depth knowledge of the area, and It was our incredible good luck to find Susan Forrest from her sign on a listing. For the next 18 months she patiently sent us every patio home and townhome listing in the entire district of Oceanside, just in case something might catch our eye. In August of 2022 we sold our Victoria home, and moved into a rental in Parksville where we waited .. and waited! We lucked in to finding Treena at Team Susan Forrest when we started to fantasize about moving from Vancouver to the Island.
