I can’t say enough good things about the Susan Forrest Team. They all are so professional to deal with. Richard was my realtor but I had dealings with most of the team and they were amazing. Sara spent hours with me staging my house and it was so helpful. They have such great photographers doing your home’s photos and video my comment when I saw the pictures was “ when can I move in” it looked so good. I appreciated the feedback from viewings and booking showings was done well. You couldn’t find a nicer more caring realtor than Richard. I recommended him to a friend who had him sell her house and she feels the same. This is a great team to have sell your house and not surprising they sell so many homes in this area.

The team provides feedback on every viewing. I would especially like to thank Sarah Roberts, designer who helped me get through a very difficult time when there was water damage to my home and required major repairs and updates. Because I didn’t live in the house or parksville at the time she was my contact for all trades who needed to access the home. She also made excellent selections in flooring, paint, cabinets etc. and the result was a good offer that came in just after the Reno’s were complete. Had the pleasure of working with Leah Yochim and Richard Plowens as an executor of an estate owning a beautiful ocean front property that had a dated and eclectic house on it. We struggled through a tough fall market starting in Aug. '23 and after 13 showings, two failed offers and 12 months, it was decided to make a change of realtors. The Susan Forrest Group's reputation preceded them. Within 4 weeks of "going live" everything changed. A previous failed offer re-appeared. We were in the midst of countering that initial offer when a competitive offer entered the scene. Leah & Richard skillfully played these offers against each other, within very tight timelines.
