Bronwyn is 100% the real estate agent you want! She has excellent instincts, is hard working, reliable, fast, contactable, and gives thoughtful advice. We first engaged Bronwyn to help us buy a 2 bed condo in the Kensington Point area. She gave great advice about the apartment and the area and moved quickly to get us the place before other offers went in. More recently, in September 2022 Bronwyn helped us sell the condo in record time (1 day on the market!) and buy a 3-bed duplex. Bronwyn did an incredible job operating on a very tight timeline. She got our condo photographed and on the market within a few days of us reaching out, and put out amazing promos for it. She was on the phone with us at all hours, fielding contract negotiations for both properties, drafting ‘subject to’ clauses to protect our interests, and getting the documents drafted and signed. She knows the Vancouver market extremely well and operates well with the other side’s agents. She also coordinated everything well with our mortgage broker (Katy Mackenzie) and notary (David Watts Notaries).
