All I can say is that this Realtor is THE BEST!! I have bought and sold many properties and never have I had such great advice and service beginning with what I should and shouldn't do prior in order to add value to the home - she was spot on...to setting the price based on the latest sales information. This was also spot-on due to the nature of the sale, which to me meant - if it sold too quickly then perhaps the price was too low; to it taking forever for it to sell meaning the opposite. Regarding 'client-centered', all I can say is that I thought that I was her only client and I know for a fact that I was not. She was always prepared and on time for meetings, quick via text at answering any questions I had. She covered some costs like that of making a movie so effective that I told her that I was going to change my mind with selling!, to having the kitchen detailed and the air filtered. We truly worked together culminating in a win-win result. I have used huge firms in the past who were arrogant and only interested in what they had to gain; to independent and inexperienced realtors where the process was drawn out for too long with many areas missed to increase my profitability (as well as perhaps theirs). Kristina is right in the middle, the proverbial 'sweet-spot' where any and every professional, in whatever industry, should be at or strive to be at.

Kristina went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined from a realtor. My husband’s work took us out of province and so we needed to sell our home as quick and painless as possible. We ended up selling our home about a week after listing and within days of the sale, my husband started his job in Saskatchewan, leaving me at home with three pets and a baby to deal with the rest of the sale/moving process alone.
