I get it not just as a realtor, but as someone who haslivedthis journey. I came to Canada as an international student over 30 years ago and have called Richmond home for more than 15 years. I’ve rented, bought a condo, moved into a townhouse, and then into a house for my own growing family. I met Ken roughly 3 years ago when he contacted me about an assignment property I was attempting to sell on my own. Unlike the many others who previously contacted me to offer their services Ken’s approach was very casual and friendly, non pressured yet still professional so I entertained his request to meet. Once meeting with Ken and establishing my expectations and getting a feel for one another I agreed to let him sell it for me. Within 2 weeks Ken sold my place with multiple offers and for the amount I was seeking, I’ve bought and sold multiple properties previously working with various agents and never had a sale go so smoothly and stress free as I did working with Ken. I was so pleased with with his work that I had him sell two more assignment properties I owned, one selling over asking with multiples offers and the other selling for asking with multiple offers. All 3 deals that Ken handled for me went as smoothly as they possibly could, all 3 deals met or exceeded my expectations and over the course of working with Ken I not only had a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with agent working hard for me but I ended up gaining a friend. Ken was such a pleasure to work with that I recommend my Mother use him to sell her property and again he had it sold within a week with multiple offers over asking. She too was extremely happy with the level of service Ken provided.
I certainly recommend Ken to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable agent who has a network of individuals to recommend for the various steps in a sale and most importantly your best interest in mind.
UPDATE: Since my last review of Ken he has sold another assignment for me and just had Subjects removed this week from a Mount Pleasant condo of mine that he sold for asking after just the first day of showing. He has now sold 5 properties for me and I will continue to both use him and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their place.
