Mike Karamanian

Mike Karamanian is a Lower Mainland real estate professional with deep roots in Richmond. Growing up with a father in real estate gave Mike early exposure to the industry, spending weekends at open houses and learning firsthand how to connect with buyers and sellers. Before launching his real estate career, Mike built a strong foundation in sales as President of a local manufacturing company and later operating a franchise for the same company in the Fraser Valley. He began real estate in 2016 with Dexter Realty and now works throughout Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Ladner/Tsawwassen. In 2025, Mike earned MLS Medallion Club status, placing him in the Top 10% of REALTORS® in Greater Vancouver. Mike brings strong negotiation skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a focus on both the financial and human sides of every transaction.

His business is built largely on referrals from clients, friends, family, and colleagues, something he values deeply. Mike has lived in Steveston for 20+ years and shares life with his wife Stephanie, daughter Madi, and their dog Ruthie. He plays hockey, has coached youth soccer, and has served on several community boards including, Richmond Girls Soccer Assn, SOS Childrens Village B.C. and he was nominated as Chairman of the board for The BBB Lower Mainland.
