Mike’s real estate practice is defined by his unwavering passion for his clients and his sharp negotiating skills. He has developed a powerful real estate style with a steadfast approach to finding clients the right home for the right price and successfully marketing their condos, townhouses and houses for top dollar.

Having been through this experience so many times Mike understands first-hand both the excitement and stress that come with this process. He believes in old fashioned service and being there for his clients well after the real estate transaction is complete.

Mike, a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Sutton Seafair, is continually attending seminars and real estate education courses. He draws on his real estate experience, education and a unique professional blend of over 15 years of operational leadership experience in the corporate world coupled with his years spent proudly serving his country with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry. Having lived and breathed discipline and work ethic, his passion is to educate, assist and guide you through the home buying and selling process. Post army, he further fine-tuned his keen judgement, leadership style and negotiating skills in an operational and management capacity.

The Kittson Family has been in South Delta since the 1800’s and has played numerous roles within the community over the decades from politics to farming. As a 5th generation Kittson, born and raised in South Delta, Mike is proud to call Ladner his home and is excited to help others achieve this same goal.

Mike believes it is imperative that we give back to this amazing community and does this in many ways from serving on the Board of Directors for Ladner Business Association (multiple terms) and the Board of Trustees for the Delta Museum and Archives Society to coaching youth sports and sponsoring local school events.
