In 2020 my wife and I started looking for a condo, first time buyer and lost! I was searching listing and came across REW. I signed up to get new listings daily. In my first few emails from REW there was a memo from Alix short and sweet letting us know who she was there and if we had questions she would be glad to answer. Search continued during Covid and was very difficult. Alix would keep up with new listings would reach out once in a while to see how we are if we have seen anything we like? unfortunately, my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and plans changed. Alix was open and willing to adjust the search with the upmost sympathy and care due to our news she did not loose touch. We took a break from looking to buy to focus on family. When We were ready to start searching again we called Alix and she picked up right away. Let her know the new plan, again very sympathetic very eager to help. We hit the market hard the beginning of this year, Alix was beyond helpful with setting up viewings, letting us know the ins and outs of the places, staying up late for docs to come in so my wife and I could read them in the morning, not pushy gave us space and time. Very honest very true to her word which gave my wife and I a sense of security, and knowing we had the right realtor helping us. Upwards of 25 places we went to view from Chilliwack to Langley slowly narrowing the selection. As she worked on the search and viewings Alix would text to keep our morale up if a place we liked had an accepted offer she would stay positive through the journey. We finally found a place that suited us last month. I truly feel my wife and I would not have found this place if it wasnt for Alix. We highly recommend Alix to help you search for one of the biggest purchases in your life. Move in day is May 3.
