After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UBC in 2005, she followed her instinct back to real estate, obtaining her license through UBC's Sauder School of Business. She honed her skills as an in-house sales manager on project sales for well-known developers including Townline, Aragon Properties, and Zenterra — gaining deep expertise in presale marketing, construction timelines, and buyer relations from the developer side of the business.

Today, Steffanie brings over a decade of experience across presale, resale, and rental markets throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. Her developer background gives her a distinctive edge — she understands how projects are built, marketed, and delivered, which means sharper insight for her clients whether they're buying presale or resale.
