Shamir was amazing! He spent so much time and effort in order to sell my townhouse in this CRAZY buyers market! After 2 offers that were rescinded (one being from an actual realtor himself), and Shamir's tireless energy, I finally received a third offer that was finalized. Shamir had to work very hard for the sale of my house to finally happen, which included many open houses. Shamir loves helping people and genuinely cares about his clients. He is very reliable as he was always available when I needed him and he patiently answered (almost always immediately) my plethora of questions that I had throughout this journey. He is kind, very knowledgeable and always made me feel at ease as he kept me informed every step of the way. I felt very supported. Shamir also helped me purchase a new home. After losing the townhouse on which I had an accepted offer 'subject to the sale' of my current townhouse, Shamir suggested that I start looking at condos too (as initially I was only looking at townhouses). He set me up on-line where I would receive weekly new condo listings, and that is where I found my FOREVER home. It was like Shamir's intuition knew that I would be happier in a condo before I even knew that myself. I LOVE my new condo. Shamir also provided me with contact information for very reliable tradesmen/businesses that I used for my homes, such as his carpet cleaner, move-out house cleaners and his painter. I was extremely impressed with all of their work that they did. You can tell that Shamir is highly respected in the Realty world as well as with local businesses. Shamir is also very organized and thorough as he did a fantastic job providing me with all of the paper work and documentation necessary to facilitate the sale and purchase of my homes in a timely manner. Shamir has been fantastic to work with! He has now helped up with two sales and purchases. First, it was the sale of our condo and subsequent purchase of a townhouse in 2020. And more recently, the sale of that townhouse to move to a detached home. He is always very responsive and very patient with us throughout the process, and also prompt and firm enough when we as the client are struggling through decisions. He's always good about helping us set on a direction with a decision, but still open to letting us have the final say and going with that choice, even if it wasn't what he had suggested in the first place. It is very much a partnership through the process. Ideally, we will not need his services for another home for a long time, but highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
