We know Krista for about 7 years now and she is honestly more than just a realtor for us. I feel like Krista is part of an extended family. We had an amazing experience purchasing an investment property with the help of Krista. It was our second time working with Krista, and hopefully not the last. Krista is a top notch professional, she never made us feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. I know for a fact that Krista is very busy and has many clients, but somehow she manages to make you feel like you are the only one and her top priority. Krista is a great realtor. If you have questions – no matter what time of day or how minute they may seem – Krista is quick to respond and has all the answers. I can’t even remember the amount of times we texted her at 8pm, expecting her to get back to us during the middle of the next day, only for our phones to buzz at 8:10pm with an answer. Krista scheduled a meeting with us whenever we had complex questions to ensure that we understood her answer. She also did a great job at alerting us to properties we may be interested in, and taking us to view a million properties that we found ourselves. She is reliable, knowledgeable, patient, and truly goes above and beyond. 5 stars! We are very happy in our home because of her.

After an extensive search for an agent to help sell our home I stumbled upon Krista's profile through a web search and performed a detailed review of her credentials as well as interviewed for the task of helping us sell our family home. With so many realtors we wanted to find someone who genuinely cared about the client's interest, and was not just a salesperson but a proven marketer as well. Krista did not disappoint, we all felt that Krista and her team did an exceptional job from the very start. Krista quickly demonstrated her competence in real estate and marketing and her deep knowledge of the real estate market. She was able to readily communicate to us the current market dynamics and price points for our home in a way we could understand. Krista was very calming, knowledgeable, and professional when we were purchasing our home. We were very stressed about trying to purchase in such a crazy market. She advised us how to make a competitive offer in the current market's conditions, and to be aware of the risks and supports available if there were any blips in the process with our financing or with our own sale. She went above and beyond in providing knowledge on both the housing market and the financing we would need to secure, and took the time to explain concepts such as bridge financing to us in detail. Krista also helped us secure a new mortgage specialist with our preferred bank, as we were experiencing stress of an unresponsive mortgage specialist. Krista is not just an awesome realtor, but is a great person overall. After working with several realtors in the past (and firing one that we had been using for many years after discovering she was dishonest and trying to take advantage of us), we feel fortunate to have found Krista. Krista and her Team are AMAZING! With this new not so great Market, you need a Realty Team that doesn't just sit back and wait for your property to sell. You need someone who is "On It" at all times. Chasing leads down, being at every showing, and going out and getting potential buyers instead of waiting for them to find you. That's what we got with Krista. All the way through selling our property she communicated with us, let us know what was happening. Always keeping us informed and in the loop. She brought in an impressive number of potential buyers (well past our expectations) and her or her team was there for every single viewing. Anyone who seemed remotely interested was followed up with the next day. She could not have done more to try to sell our townhouse. We have absolutely zero complaints about her and her team. She is assertive, diplomatic, smart, hard working, professional, considerate, and knows what she's talking about. We never once felt like we were getting bad advice or advice that helped her more than it helped us. (We really could go on and on about how awesome she is, but if your reading this.
