Our house was our ideal home, situated in a perfect location. From the moment we moved in, we never intended to leave, thinking it would be our forever home. However, due to family reasons, we had to leave this city and reluctantly decided to sell our beloved house. We had never dealt with Krista before, but because we saw such great reviews about her, we arranged to invite her to our home to see what she could do. On her first visit, she came fully prepared, already well-informed about the surrounding area and details related to the property. Still, she wasn’t prepared for how unique and beautiful the interior of the house was. When she praised it as a "hidden gem" in the Coquitlam area, we knew she loved the house just as much as we did. We believed she had exceptional taste and insight, fully understanding its value. She told us right then that our house was worth far more than the BC Assessment valuation and offered to be our agent. She was incredibly professional and methodical, handling everything from staging the rooms, taking photos and videos, to analyzing the house’s pricing with flawless precision. We trusted her completely and felt at ease leaving the house in her and her team’s care as we departed the city. She kept us updated with specific details before and after every showing, sharing each buyer’s thoughts and maintaining constant communication with their agents to follow up. When we received offers, she leveraged her extensive experience to advise us on whether to accept, negotiate, or decline. She never pressured us to close a deal quickly; instead, she stood in our shoes, offering advice tailored to our best interests. What impressed us most was her ability to combine a warm, approachable, and detail-oriented personality with a calm, seasoned professionalism, always providing the best support during moments when we felt anxious. At one point, I asked her what would happen if we rejected the current offer. You definitely find out how good someone is when things don't go according to plan, and that happened with both the sale and the purchase. She did an amazing job dealing with a purchasing agent who created multiple challenges for her, and through being very thorough with finding issues with two properties that we sent offers on, saved me from making what could have been a huge mistake. When she finally found me a condo that passed her scrutiny I purchased it and when an issue arose with the washer that the seller refused to rectify, she paid for the repair herself.
