As we live out of town, he let the carpet cleaners in out and of the condo and when we were running late for the photographer he helped with the vacuuming and did whatever was needed to make our place look amazing. Once again, we were thrilled to be working with Pravin and admired his conscientiousness and his many skills. We have loved working with Pravin and we have actually begun to think of him as part of the family. Yes, he is that lovely! I'm happy to almost be done dealing with oakwyn. I received a dirty suite upon renting, to also discover my door did not close/stay shut unless you locked it. My suite has been shown without permission because of an "accident" and they have not followed up with a viewing schedule. This experience has been worse than dealing with private landlords. And to see that majority of their reviews are from employees really says something about their company. I can never recommend this unprofessional experience that oakwyn has given me to anyone else.

Having moved from another province to BC we weren't familiar with the market or areas that would be best for our family to move too. Eric Grant was great at making suggestions and guiding us in our house hunting to neighbourhoods that were the best fit for us. In the end we choose a condo we never would of been able to find if it weren't for Eric. He got us an amazing deal and we could not be happier with our new home.
