Hi, my name is Anita Cheong.

I have spent over 15 years in Metro Vancouver real estate, mostly behind the scenes for project sales or at presentation centres. I had the privilege of working at one of the top sales & marketing agencies and directly with developers in achieving sales goals.

While I was doing that full-time, I was also working with my own clients, either getting them into presales, or finding their dream home in the resale market.

Since 2011, I have:
*Sold over 2,200 homes for developers and clients.
*Launched over 12 developments including highrise, low-rise, and masterplan communities for both concrete and wood-frame products.
*Delivered results, built trust, and had some fun along the way!

I love helping buyers, sellers, and developers feel confident and happy in both the presale and resale markets.
