My fiancee and I bought our first home together, with Kelsey. We had lots of questions and concerns, both about location (we are new to the Comox Valley) and about building related things. She helped us narrow down our best options within our price range, and helped us figure out that what we originally had in mind for ourselves was not our best option for the lifestyle we are planning on. She also steered us clear of questionable neighbourhoods. With her help, it didn't take very many showings for us to narrow down our list and find a place we really liked. She provided excellent advice for negotiating the price down, as well as for dealing with a couple of unexpected findings in the home inspection. Despite the pandemic hitting in the middle of the buying process, we closed the deal on the original date without any issues. Kelsey was very helpful the entire time. We quickly came to trust her and her advice. She made the process of getting into our dream home smooth and enjoyable.
