Vancouver has been my home for more than 25 years. I went to high school here, studied at Simon Fraser University, and built my first career in business management in Vancouver and North Vancouver. I know these neighbourhoods the way you only can when you've lived your life in them.

I'm also a father of two — and that has shaped how I see this work more than anything. A home is where your kids grow up, where your family gathers, where life actually happens. When you trust me with a move, I take that personally.

Since becoming licensed in 2016, I've had the privilege of representing buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and commercial real estate. I've been honoured with MLS® Medallion Club recognition for six consecutive years and am proud to be among the Top 5 Realtors at Royal Pacific Realty in British Columbia.

But what I'm most proud of is this: most of my business today comes from past clients and the people they refer. That trust means everything to me.
