Hey, I'm Amin, let me help you understand the local market and answer any questions.
There are no such things as silly questions when it comes to buying or selling your home.
About Amin

Vancouver has been my home for more than 25 years. I went to high school here, studied at Simon Fraser University, and built my first career in business management in Vancouver and North Vancouver. I know these neighbourhoods the way you only can when you've lived your life in them.

I'm also a father of two — and that has shaped how I see this work more than anything. A home is where your kids grow up, where your family gathers, where life actually happens. When you trust me with a move, I take that personally.
Since becoming licensed in 2016, I've had the privilege of representing buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and commercial real estate. I've been honoured with MLS® Medallion Club recognition for six consecutive years and am proud to be among the Top 5 Realtors at Royal Pacific Realty in British Columbia.
But what I'm most proud of is this: most of my business today comes from past clients and the people they refer. That trust means everything to me.
My promise is simple — I'll listen first, tell you the truth, keep you informed every step of the way, and protect your best interests as if they were my own.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving your family into the next one, or preparing to sell, I'd be honoured to help.

We had listed our house for sale for most of 2022 and again in 2023 with no success. When the listing expired at the end of July 2023 Amin’s team contacted us, requesting we meet with him and hear what he had to offer. We met in early September and were impressed by his enthusiasm and marketing ideas and to our surprise signed a new listing agreement with him on the spot. Amin said he thought he could sell the house in a month. The sales brochure, photographs and videos his team produced were far superior to anything produced previously by other agents and we had an acceptable offer in less than a month. We highly recommend Amin for his enthusiasm, presentation skills and knowledge of the market.

Amin helped my wife and I to pick up the best investment property that we could afford. He represents a rare combination of very solid real estate knowledge, integrity, and savvy. He was very good at realizing the sweet spot between being analytical and quick, so that he could find the best opportunity for us and act quickly enough to not miss the opportunity window in the highly competitive market of Vancouver real estate. His technical skills (such as comparative analysis) and experience along with his great negotiation skills let him correctly estimate the fair value of the property and be successful in getting the accepted offer. I would highly recommend Amin to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and highly professional real estate agent.
