I thought it was important to write a review of our experience with the Latham Team. My husband and I have spoken with many realtors in the past as we have been wanting to sell for a long long time. We found it hard to find someone to trust. We finally decided to sell and my sister suggested Brad to us. She thought he was great but everyone is different how they click with people and thus said it was up to us. We decided to go with this team. We can not tell you enough how amazing our experience was. Brad was very easy to talk too and communicated almost daily. He never left us in the dark about anything that was going on. He was very empathetic to how stressful this procedure can be and was always positive and reassuring. It only took a month and a half to sell ours and buy another home with a subject to sell. This does not happen these days. We were absolutely thrilled. Steve dealt with us on the actual day of removing subjects. We had a very stressful day as our buyers were not ready to remove all subjects and wanted to extend the date for another week. We would of lost the home we wanted. Don't ask me how but Steve fought for us right up to the last minute of the closing time and everything went through! We were actually in shock. We wouldn't hesitate to refer this team to anyone.
