Jen went above and beyond when we first moved to Canada, meeting our family and discussing the process of buying our first home and answering our millions of questions. As the UK system is so different it was so nice to meet someone like Jen who genuinely seemed to be on our side and held our hands all the way. Plus our kids loved it when she came over. When we decided to move away from Canada Jen was the only person we considered for the sale, which went extremely smoothly. She even worked from our townhouse when the strata needed to clean the vents after we moved out. 5* all the way, thanks a million Jen!

Jen helped us sell our home and she made it as painless as possible. Jen was extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. I like how she included by positive things to keep and ranked what changes could be made. This made it feel manageable and helped us determine where to focus our energies. She did the research and helped us come up with a price that would attract the kind of buyers we want and not scare anyone off. The day we took offers could have been very stressful but it wasn't because Jen kept us informed and lightened the mood with a well placed joke or comment. After an offer was accepted Jen didn't disappear, she continued to answer any questions we had, reminded us of what needed to be done and helped when needed.
